Job Scope:
Develop and maintain production schedules.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production flow.
Continuously monitor inventory levels.
Analyze production data and make recommendations for improvement.
Overseeing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed to avoid production delays.
Preparing and submitting status and performance reports to superior.
Keep track of production schedules inventory levels and other important detail
Requirements:
Posses a minimum Diploma in Administration or any related field.
Preferably female candidates with 1 to 2 years of working experience in clerical job.
Well versed in excel applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skill.
Accuracy in data entry and handling documents.
Ability to manage files,records and office supplies.
Answering phone calls and managing correspondence.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
