Key responsibilities

Scheduling and planning:

Develop and oversee production schedules to maximize resource utilization and meet delivery expectations.

Inventory and materials management:

Monitor stock levels for raw materials and finished goods, and forecast material needs to prevent shortages or excesses.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, such as sales, procurement, production, and logistics, to align production with demand and ensure a smooth flow of work.

Problem-solving:

Identify and address production delays, quality issues, or other disruptions to keep the process on track.

Process optimization:

Analyze production efficiency and implement improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity.

Reporting:

Provide status updates on production to management and report on production issues and performance metrics.

Budget and quality:

Monitor production costs to ensure they stay within budget and uphold quality standards throughout the process.

Analytical and problem-solving skills:

To analyze data, anticipate issues, and find effective solutions.

Communication skills:

To collaborate effectively with various teams and report on progress.

Organizational skills:

To manage complex schedules and multiple priorities.

Technical skills:

Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and other planning software.

Industry knowledge:

Understanding of manufacturing, supply chains, and related processes.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,264.31 per month
