About the Role

As a Production Planner at HFC Tech Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end planning activities and liaise closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely supply, storage, and usage of raw materials in line with production schedules.

What You Will Be Doing:

Plan, schedule, and update production activities based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels. Monitor production progress and adjust plans as needed to avoid delays or bottlenecks. Work closely with production, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure materials are delivered on time and meet required specifications. Collaborate with quality and production teams to ensure output meets standards and timelines. Generate and maintain production reports, tracking KPIs such as on-time delivery and production efficiency. Support inventory control activities by maintaining optimal stock levels of materials and finished goods. Ensure compliance with internal processes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For:

Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or related field. 1-2 years of experience in production planning, preferably within the Manufacturing Industry. Previous experience in a planning, or a similar role is beneficial Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP or inventory management systems. Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (Mandarin is an advantage). Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
