Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a/an Planner Scheduler located in Bukit Minyak, Penang.

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

• Ensure the efficiency in scheduling with material clear to build utilization.
• Work closely with production personnel on productivity issues.
• Ensure smooth transaction of the manufacturing process to raw material, the raw material to final goods stage
• Determines daily product pack schedules to support overall production schedule and product on-time delivery.
• Tracks and reports some key manufacturing metrics, such as cycle time against goal and/efficiency, and assists in cycle time reduction and efficiency improvement efforts.
• Coordinate Cycle count event - ensure the process takes place.
• Prepare the Inventory Projection & drive the team towards the management goal.

Here is some of what you'll need:

• At least Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
• Min 3-5 years of experience in planning.
• Preferably candidate with experience working in EMS environment.
