Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Plan and schedule production based on sales orders and inventory levels. Coordinate with

Sales, Purchasing, Production, and Warehouse

teams to ensure materials and resources are ready on time. Prepare and update

daily and weekly production schedules

. Monitor production progress and resolve delays or material shortages. Maintain accurate records of

production output, raw materials, and work-in-progress

. Support continuous improvement in production planning and process efficiency. Prepare related reports and assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree

in Production Planning, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum

2-3 years of working experience

in a manufacturing or planning role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in

Microsoft Excel

and other planning tools or ERP systems. Good communication skills in

Bahasa Malaysia and English

. Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
