Create and manage production schedules: Develop, follow up and maintain schedules to ensure all production activities are completed efficiently and within required timelines.
Collaborate with other teams: Work with sales, supply chain, operations, and procurement to align production plans with business needs and requirements.
Monitor production: Track and analyze production processes to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively.
Manage inventory: Control material and finished goods inventory to ensure a smooth production flow while minimizing excess stock and waste.
Forecast and plan: Use historical data, market trends, and forecasts to predict production needs and make strategic adjustments.
Problem-solve: Identify and resolve production issues, including scheduling and logistical challenges, and implement process improvements.
Report on performance: Generate reports on production status, performance metrics, and any issues to management and other stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience :
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years working experience in Planner fields or in manufacturing working environment.
Knowledge of MS Office application.
