The Group You\'ll Be A Part OfThe Global Operations Group brings information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high-volume manufacturing together to drive the engine of our global business operations. We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam\'s business.The Impact You\'ll MakePlans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors final approval of products through the complete production cycle. Works from engineering plans and production specifications to establish production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements. Coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules. Master Scheduler: Provides input to management; schedules and/or interfaces with marketing, sales, production and engineering managers. Works to resolve (in case of design changes) labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions. Oversees the master schedules and ensures comprehensive compliance with materials requirements for manufacturing.What You\'ll Do1. Ensure manufacturing & warehouse loading on time and closely monitor material availability.2. Coordinate with various departments such as procurement, production, and logistics to ensure smooth workflow.3. Monitor the production process to meet few or no delays and ensure deadlines.4. Analyze production specifications data to maximize production output.5. Review and adjust the schedule where needed due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions.6. Maintain and manage inventory levels, ensuring the availability of necessary materials for production.7. Create and submit status and performance reports, collating and interpreting data on the production plan\'s progress.8. Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other staff.Who We\'re Looking ForPreferred Qualifications1. Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or in a related field.2. Proven experience in production planning.3. Computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of SAP.4. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and work with cross-functional teams.6. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. \'On-site Flex\' you\'ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. \'Virtual Flex\' you\'ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
