??Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the Production Planning & Control (PPC) team to ensure efficient planning, scheduling, and coordination of production activities. Develop and monitor production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines, quality standards, and cost targets. Liaise with internal departments (Production, Procurement, Quality, Sales) to align material availability, capacity planning, and order requirements. Review and analyze production performance data, identifying potential risks, delays, or bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions. Oversee inventory control, material requirement planning (MRP), and ensure optimal stock levels. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning and control processes to enhance productivity and resource utilization. Prepare and present reports on production progress, capacity utilization, and delivery performance to management. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and customer requirements.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a

Bachelors Degree

in Supply Chain, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

3 - 5 years of working experience

in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain is required.

Prior supervisory or team-leading experience is an added advantage.

Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office applications. Able to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

?Working hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5.30pm

?Salary: Up to RM7000

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
