Opportunity to work with a growing manufacturing organisation and to lead a team for better success!The Production Planning Manager will be the focal point for overall Production activities. This person will be working closely with the leadership team to help drive growth of the company. Amongst the many responsibilities some are listed below:

• Work closely with Production Manager on volume and progress
• Kay person for MPS and weekly production schedules, aligning with demand and optimizing resource use.
• Oversee the entire production planning and control process to improve operational efficiency.
• Schedule manufacturing operations, from major assemblies to detailed parts, and advise Factory and Production Managers accordingly.
• Validate production plans and initiate work orders on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Participate in production meetings, effectively communicating priorities.
• Resolve schedule conflicts promptly, using production data to guide actions.
• Perform cycle time calculations to optimize production processes and meet schedules.
• Monitor production output and prepare relevant reports.
• Present production/project progress and factory updates in meetings.
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to production quality control, implementing improvements as needed.

Fast paced environment|Ability to help drive growth, change management & continuous improvement

• At least a Bachelor degree in Supply Chain or any related field
• At least 5 years of manufacturing experience and 3 years of manegerial experience
• Good command in English, added advantage for mandarin speaker
• Problem solver and good analytical skill
