- Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate/ Professional Degree in Business/Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Production line. Experience in Food Manufacturing would be an advantage.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, QA, QC, Production, HACCP
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Manufacturing Food and Beverage/Food Production Operations or equivalent.
- Overseeing the daily operations of the cutting plant
- Ensuring quality standards are met
- Managing staff and providing training and development
- Maintaining efficient production
- Meeting customer needs and ensuring satisfaction
- Working with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Troubleshooting any production or operational issues
- Developing and implementing plans to improve operations
- Creating and managing budgets
- Developing new strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
- Reporting to upper management on progress and issues
