Job Scope:

Develop and maintain inspection specifications, work instructions and equipment check work instructions based on control plans Formulate and execute MSA plans, including implementation, analysis and continuous improvement of measurement systems. Collect and analyze process quality data, follow-up with quality abnormalities and drive corrective action and improvement closure. Organize and implement LPA plans, follow up on audit findings and ensure timely closure of corrective actions. Oversee the process of NCP handling, including identification, isolation and disposal. ? ?Monitor product and process quality of the production to prevent large-scale defects. Participate in PFMEA, Control Plan (CP), process standard reviews and evaluate the SOP documents from other departments. Participate in operation assessments, including evaluations of equipment, process and quality control capabilities to identify and raise the potential of quality risks.
Requirements:

? ?Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or equivalent. ? ?Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MQE, PQE or SQE role, preferably in a lithium battery manufacturing or automotive industry. ? ?Able to communicate in Mandarin, English & Malay language. ? ?Strong knowledge of quality control processes, audit procedures and non-conformance management. ? ?Experienced in the development and implementation of QSA and QPA-related standards. ? ?Ability to analyze data and apply statistical process control techniques. Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in 8D reporting and root cause analysis. ? ?Possess knowledge of five quality tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA). ? ?High Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), JMP, Minitab or other analysis tools. ? ?Willing to work at our new manufacturing plant which located in Karangan, Kedah
