Job Responsibilities

?Oversees, formulate and execute MSA plans, including implementation, analysis and continuous improvement of measurement systems. ? ?Lead the investigation and root cause analysis of major process quality incidents; follow-up with quality abnormalities and drive corrective action and improvement closure. Oversee the entire process of NCP (Nonconforming Product) management from identification to isolation and disposition; promote and improve the NCP management system across departments. Drive ongoing improvements in process quality performance; lead the development and enhancement of quality digitalisation to meet customer expectations. Support internal investigations for external customer complaints; provide timely feedback and ensure implementation and verification of corrective actions within internal processes. Monitor product and process quality of the production to prevent large-scale defects. ?Participate in review and validation of process changes, ensuring that any changes do not adversely impact product quality. ?Assist in building the PQE team; manage and coordinate subordinates of PQE, provide training to enhance PQE team members' skills and effectiveness. Participate in PFMEA, Control Plan (CP), process standard reviews and evaluate the SOP documents from other departments. ?Participate in operation assessments, including evaluations of equipment, process and quality control capabilities to identify and raise the potential of quality risks.
