Job Description

Job Scope:

Supervise daily operations of CNC lathe, milling and stamping processes. Lead and manage production teams to meet output, quality and safety targets. Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot technical issues. Ensure adherence to production schedules and optimize workflow. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinate with maintenance, procurement and quality control departments. Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong technical knowledge of CNC machining, milling and stamping processes. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Familiarity with machining software and tooling setups. Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
