Job Description

Location : Samalaju, Bintulu Industry : Manufacturing Skills: Mandarin needed, Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering, Able to work on Saturday, Autocad, Able to lead and grow a team, ISO Knowledge Requirements :

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering/Electrical Engineering/ Applied Sciences or equivalent
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English
• Experience in manufacturing or heavy industry management position
• Able to grow, develop and manage strong operation team
• Possess good leadership, management skill, decisive and result-oriented
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in engineering position in Steel / Aaluminium industry or equivalent.
• Must be willing to work in Samalaju, Bintulu Sarawak.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise the maintenance execution project to ensure the technicians comply with the Production Department safety regulation.
• Participate in execution and development of Preventive Maintenance including the design, implementation and testing.
• Lead the execution of important/urgent maintenance project/task on machinery.
• Introduce safety regulations to subordinates and ensure all jobs are done in a safe way.
• Evaluate production process by designing and conducting research regarding design, raw materials, fabrication and conferring with related vendors.
• Work closely with superiors to assure product and process quality by establishing standards, testing product and designing improvement plan.
• Work closely with Environmental, Health & Safety Department in any related issue regarding safety of workplace.
• Handle Private & Confidential documents securely to prevent any unauthorized publication, disclosure of any trade secret, operating process or any confidential information concerning the business of Company.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports for Management Review toperform documents control for and as required by ISO etc.equipment.
