Job Responsibilities

The Production Stage Manager will plan and manage the execution of production planning as developed by Manager, Entertainment Operations. He/She shall coordinate and assign Stage Managers to operate and supervise needs for shows assigned to, train and supervise all Assistant Stage Managers and Entertainment Crews for said shows. He/She shall collect and disseminate production information to Stage Managers, and to oversee and manage all parkwide live entertainment to ensure all post production needs are met including evaluations.

• Develop schedules, coordinating, and attending production meetings.
• Delegate duties to Stage Managers and oversee parkwide live entertainment progress from time to time.
• Manage and oversee operations for parkwide live entertainment master schedule for both streetmosphere and theatrical shows, and delegate responsibilities to Stage Manager.
• Manage and oversee SOPs, execution of cue sheets, and checklists for parkwide live entertainment shows.
• Coordinate with Creative Director, Choreographer, and Costuming Director regarding live entertainment content.
• Performs other duties as required by the management.
