Job Description

Job Responsibilities & Authorities:

?Plan, organize, and supervise daily production schedules.

Supervise and train production staff to ensure compliance with SOPs and GMP standards.

?Oversee operations according to GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, HALAL and MESTi requirements.

?Maintain hygiene, safety, and efficient workflow in production areas.

Optimize resource utilization (manpower, materials, and cost).

Track and improve production KPIs.

Ensure smooth production flow from raw material to finished goods delivery.

?Support R&D trials, scale-up, and process improvement activities.

Coordinate closely with other internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Ensure documentation and batch records are properly completed and submitted.

?Perform any other tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Manufacturing, or related field. Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role. Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, HALAL & MESTI requirements. Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work shifts or weekends when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
