Description
Oversee daily production to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
Coordinate with Warehouse for material requisition and returns.
Report machine breakdowns and any production abnormalities.
Ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
Responsible for any WIP.
Responsible for production performance (efficiency, yield, wastage).
Handle SAP system entries for production processes.
Responsible for production staff (training, attendance, roster).
Liaise with the Maintenance Department on machine break down and the repair status.
Troubleshoot operational problems and drive continuous improvement.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Requirement
Minimum Diploma in any field.
Experience in food manufacturing is an advantage.
Assertive, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Good attitude and a team player.
Able to work on shift.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Must have own transport.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
