Accountable for operations and Services as per the Statement of Work (SOW) for all sponsors.
Be on site and physically interact and oversee overall operations of management team members to ensure the Statement of Work (SOW) is fully carried out to meet the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
:- Responsible for supervisors' performance. Responsible for overall key performance indicators and share in meetings.
Ensuring Service Personnel retain job competence, owns planning of POR headcounts, buffer headcounts and inform sponsor proactively if any help needed.
To coordinate the team and its activities to ensure all requests (Safety, Quality, Control and Operation excellence including Productivity and Efficiency) is fulfilled as per schedule and requirements. (Attendance, Tardiness, Output, Target and Yield etc.)
Responsible to perform an actual work evaluation.
Responsible for overall reports generation and sharing.
To improve the team's ability and operation support flexibilities through on-the-job training so that the Service Personnel will have more than one skill to allow them to Service more than one.
To drive each Service Personnel staff performance, quality and career to the next level.
Qualification
Degree with >2 years working experience in Production environment and able to manage a team of manufacturing operators.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
