Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -

1. Working with senior management to lead, support brand vision, drive brand strategy and architecture to achieve business goals for the brand. Stay current on market trends and competition activities.

2. Working with internal and external team to identify research needs, analyze research findings, market insights and opportunities and taking the lead to execute them within the group organization.

3. Create, execute, manage marketing initiatives including managing the brand communications strategy using a variety of media and channels.

4. Working with internal team, lead the execution of digital strategy and content development ensuring high quality assets within the organization.

5. Key focus and responsibility for Pacific West Malaysia and PacWest Singapore market and plays supporting role for our other overseas subsidiaries of Australia, UK, France, South Africa, Indonesia and other business development markets.

6. Works with senior management to oversee all branding/marketing directions to ensure consistency with product brand strategies within the organization.

7. Primary contact for external stakeholders (vendors, agencies) to ensure company strategic alignment.

Team Management

1. Lead and coach the branding team of executives and officers of brand team.

2. Work closely within internal team and external team to execute the branding/marketing direction within the organization.

Project

1. Manage any other project assigned to support the Company's strategies.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE REQUIRED: -

Diploma/ Bachelor of Food Technology, or any other related course.

Knowledge in Food Safety (GMP, HACCP & Halal)

Speak and write well in English & Malay.

Basic user of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Good communication and interpersonal skill to work with various departments.

Analytical and rational thinking, prefer to have good trouble-shooting skill.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
