Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities and ensure a safe, organised, and efficient work environment. Lead and motivate the production team to meet output targets and quality standards. Enforce compliance with safety protocols and company policies. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the production floor. Manage incoming and outgoing material shipments, ensuring accurate quantity tracking and documentation. Monitor inventory of machine parts and production supplies. Report daily team productivity and operational updates to management. Track and follow up on the progress of material shipments. Document and maintain production processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Train team members on proper equipment usage, PPE and safety procedures. Collaborate with the Safety Coordinator to plan and conduct safety training and emergency drills. Ensure compliance with environmental and occupational safety regulations. Assist in planning and optimizing factory layout for improved workflow. Support maintenance and repair activities for the factory, laboratory, and office facilities. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback to enhance team productivity. Conduct regular team meetings focused on safety, quality, and operational updates. Coordinate with the China Engineering team on equipment upgrades and process improvements.

Requirements

Diploma in Engineering or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in production, planning, or fabrication. Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Willingness to work a 5.5-day week.
