Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Directly supervise production staff and manage team performance. Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring production schedules and inventory to ensure timely completion. Support Production Managers in scheduling to maintain sufficient product availability. Oversee and monitor overall production operations, including product and packaging quality. Supervise both machine and manual operations to meet set production standards. Develop, update, and enforce SOPs related to production operations, food safety, and safety. Support the implementation of new methods, procedures, and systems for continuous improvement. Ensure a safe working environment by identifying hazards, correcting unsafe behaviors, and leading by example. Perform machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Conduct internal and external calibration activities. Execute special projects or assignments as directed by management. Identify and propose opportunities for technology enhancement and process innovation to improve departmental efficiency.

Job Requirements:

Strong leadership, communication, and supervisory skills. Minimum 2 years of experience supervising a production team, preferably in a food manufacturing environment. Good understanding of GMP and food safety practices. Ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change effectively. Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Mechanical or a related field.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
