Job Description

Key Responsibility:

Supervise production and assembly staff in the manufacture and assembly of aerospace components, ensuring compliance regulatory, and customer specifications. Ensure adherence to Nadcap, AS9100, FAA/EASA, and the company's Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. Maintain strict traceability and documentation control for production and assembly records, travelers, and work instructions. Enforce safety, health, and environmental standards in alignment with aviation industry requirements. Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Lead, train, and mentor production and assembly employees to build skills aligned with aerospace competency standards. Drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and 5S initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste. Plan, coordinate and oversee day-to-day assembly line activities and ensure achieved the schedule, delivery and cost objective. Prepare and present daily and weekly production reports, highlighting KPIs, challenges, and operational improvements.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of AS9100, Nadcap, and customer requirements (Eg;Collins,Boeing,Airbus etc) Familiar with aerospace processes such as welding, machining, heat treatment, NDT, and assembly. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and process documents. Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work shifts and adapt to a regulated environment. KPIs (specific to aviation)
