DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

To supervise Production activities to meet quality, productivity, achieving targets, yield cost and customer satisfaction. Set quality target, lead & motivate production workers to achieve the target. Constant communication with Project and Procurement team to keep the track of project material and ensure the production schedules & work orders are planned according to the capacity. Update all documents in relation to the monitoring and tracking of work in progress and finished products. Drive to resolve production problem with related quality & engineering department personnel. Responsible for all production activities which involve (but not limited to) pressure vessel, skid, piping and structural fabrication Maintain proper housekeeping practices in production operation. Conduct employees' performance evaluation, safety procedures and rules and regulation are being followed. To participate and involved in production improvement project. Any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Able to read and interpret P&ID and other related drawings Computer knowledge. Effective supervisory skill Good communication skill Leadership capability, self-starter, and positive thinking

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
