\xc2\xb7 Identify process improvement and recommend corrective action on products
quality issues \xc2\xb7 Maintain a safe working environment for line leaders and operators. \xc2\xb7 Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth execution of daily
production. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for directing the activities of production operators in high volume
quality manufacturing. \xc2\xb7 Ensure the production lines achieve optimum production capacity including manpower management. \xc2\xb7 Review, update and delegate daily tasks to respective line leaders and operators. \xc2\xb7 Lead a team in achieving the Company\xe2\x80\x99s safety, productivity, quality and cost objectives. \xc2\xb7 Liaise with production planning on output requirements. \xc2\xb7 Manage production operators\' discipline and attendance, as well as plan their
working schedules. \xc2\xb7 Ensure production flow by producing the raw material in the right quality, quantity
and at the required time. \xc2\xb7 Ensure optimal machine utilization. \xc2\xb7 Motivate and develop a cohesive production team. \xc2\xb7 Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all machineries, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures. \xc2\xb7 Ensure no delay in product completion time based on production delivery schedule. \xc2\xb7 Assist any other ad-hoc functions assigned from time-to-time. \xc2\xb7 Abide by the safety policy and procedures and the company\'s policies on equipment operation.
