Responsibilities:

Monitor the machines running according to the production schedule
Ensure the production follows production specification and highlight if there is any discrepancy
Responsible to arrange manpower planning and allocation for production and machining
Control production wastage at all time
Prepare daily production reports and planning proposals.
Report to Production Manager and Top management
Maintain Good Manufacturing Practice at the production plant.
Supervise and manage the subordinates to follow company rules, safety and SOP
Handle subordinates performance or disciplinary issues (working attitude, attendance etc) if any.
Co-ordinate or conduct relevant on job training to subordinates
Participate in production field within group environment and willing to travel to outstation /overseas factories from time to time
Any other functions to be assigned from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
