Job Description

Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor the machines running according to the production schedule \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the production follows production specification and highlight if there is any discrepancy \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to arrange manpower planning and allocation for production and machining \xe2\x80\xa2 Control production wastage at all time \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare daily production reports and planning proposals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Report to Production Manager and Top management \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain Good Manufacturing Practice at the production plant. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervise and manage the subordinates to follow company rules, safety and SOP \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle subordinates performance or disciplinary issues (working attitude, attendance etc) if any. \xe2\x80\xa2 Co-ordinate or conduct relevant on job training to subordinates \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in production field within group environment and willing to travel to outstation /overseas factories from time to time \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other functions to be assigned from time to time.
