Headcount: 1

Position Title : Production Supervisor

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: RM3,000 - RM6,000

Responsibilities

1. Plan and manage resources to meet on time delivery by ensuring close tracking of hourly / daily output vs plan

2. Maintaining and monitoring the strict rules of Shop Floor Control, Ensuring highest quality standard is achieved and maintained

3. Maintain high labour efficiency with

a. Cross training of operators to have better deployment & backup

b. Identify waste and perform kaizen

c. OT reduction / controls

4. Promote good communications between all departments

5. Participate in and / or run meetings to improve process, quality and everyday running of production

6. Compliance to ISO9K , 14K, Safety & IATF 16949

Requirement

1. Knowledge

\xc2\xb7 Good experience in mid-high volume manufacturing environment

\xc2\xb7 Extensive knowledge of shop floor control processes

\xc2\xb7 Prefer to have experience in electronics industry / manufacturing

\xc2\xb7 Prefer to have lean manufacturing knowledge

2. Skills

\xc2\xb7 Computer literacy in ERP systems, MS Word and Excel

\xc2\xb7 Formal Training in some of the following:

o Train the Trainer

o Dispute resolution

o Supervisory Responsibility

o Commnications Skills
