Production Supervisor
Job Description
Looking for enthusiastic people for factory Production Supervisor position!
To lead and supervise sheet metal production line
Guiding, supervising wokers to follow work instructions, company policies and procedure.
Resolving production problems
Able to do OJT training to workers
Conducting performance evaluations, provide feedbacks to employees
Manage workflow by assigning tasks based on schedule.
Oversee safe and proper use equipment and schedule maintenance.
Perform verification of production output according to specifications.
Guide and lead team, monitoring their productivity.
Detect issues in efficiency/improvement and communicate with team.
Prepare reports and present to immediate superior.
Experience
MUST have minimum 5 years of working experiences in sheet metal industry
Have hands on experience on laser cut machine, bending machine
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
