Production Supervisor
Job Description
Responsibilities :-Responsible for production functions and activities in meeting productivity, yield, quality and cost targets.Monitor day-to-day production achievement, efficiency, wastage and utilization.Good in process capability study, analysis and implementation of continuous improvement.Ensure that materials are available to run operation accordance to planTimely follow-up on the operation status, output and delivery as required.Manpower control and management.Implement improvement activities for cost reduction, etc.Maintain equipment and machines for optimum operations.Plan and prepare production schedule to ensure smooth flow.With CNC machining hands-on experience is an advantage. Requirement :-Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Mechanical Engineering or equivalentAt least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.A team player with self-motivated, result orientated and possesses good communication and interpersonal skillsComputer literate.Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
