Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily PCB production activities to achieve output, quality, and safety targets. Plan manpower, monitor machine performance, and minimize downtime and material wastage. Ensure operators comply with SOPs, work instructions, and safety regulations. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues and drive improvements. Conduct operator training, maintain 5S discipline, and ensure accurate reporting and continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

Diploma or Certificate in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years of working experience in

PCB or electronic manufacturing

environment. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Good knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes (e.g., drilling, plating, lamination, etching, or final inspection). Able to work independently under minimum supervision and handle multiple tasks. Willing to work shifts or overtime when required

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
