Job Description

1. Production monthly planning \xe2\x80\x93 production quotas, raw material and consumables utilisation/requirements 2. To advise and guide shift and departmental supervisor on ways to improve work method, reduce bottleneck, improve productivity and reduce wastage. 3. Monitor and expedite work-in-progress and quality control of finished goods. 4. To supervise the entire area of ISO9001 Quality Management System for areas under the production scope. 5. Assign work to subordinates/workers under guidelines from appropriate management and to instill good morale among the workforce. 6. To request necessary materials and stock replacement parts to ensure continuity of smooth operations 7. Oversee on-the-job training of apprentices and probationary workers. 8. Checking attendance, approve overtime and leave application of all factory workers. 9. To ensure that a high standard of housekeeping is maintained \xe2\x80\x93 the factory premises are kept clean and layout of machinery is well planned to promote a safe and conductive working environment. 10. To perform other duties as assigned.
