Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to focus production operation for DC panel and battery packs fabrication and assembly processes. The role is responsible for ensuring production targets are met in both quantity and quality, while maintaining high standards of safety efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Lead and motivate the production team to achieve daily and monthly targets in both production output and product quality. Plan and monitor workflow, allocate resources effectively and ensure production schedules are met. Implement and maintain safety, quality and efficiency standards in production floor. Manage production KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with Chinese stakeholders and internal teams to align work instruction and production requirements. Train, coach and develop production staff to follow Standard Operation Procedures(SOPs) and best practices. Respond and manage production abnormalities, ensuring quick and effective resolutions. Monitor team performance closely, provide regular feedback and escalate issues for higher level support when necessary. Assist in problem escalation, coordinate countermeasures and ensure effective communication across teams.

QUALIFICATION:-

Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment, Experience in electrical, energy storage, or renewable energy industries is an advantage. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide production staff. Good knowledge of production processes, safety protocols, and quality standards. Possesses problem-solving skills. Good command of English and Bahasa. Proficient in Mandarin is an advantage as this position requires close coordination with Chinese stakeholders. Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills. Candidates without relevant experience but willing to learn and excel in production operations are encouraged to apply. The candidate must be willing to work in Jeram, Kuala Selangor.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
