Who will you be working for:

Our client is a prominent German MNC located in the Bayan Lepas FIZ. They are rapidly expanding and are looking for great talent to join their organization.

What will you be doing:

Responsible for box build Production. Lead and drive Daily Operation Meeting. Monitor and achieve Daily box build loading based on Planned schedule. Head count planning for each shift to maximize output. Develop and motivate Production Team members to perform their full potential, providing direction and timely feedback for the benefit of Production function. Create positive working environment and instill healthy teamwork. Create an environment that is culturally embedded in a "Quality First" mentality. Instill a continuous improvement mentality in SMT Production. Foster good morale, a proactive and positive culture. Coach and train Shift Supervisors, Leaders, SMED team and Operators. Evaluate staff performance with goal setting in line with department goal.

What you will need to suceed:

Bachelor's Degree in Operation/Production/Engineering/Quality or related field At least 5-10 years working of experience in Box build Process and preferable to have practical experience in SAP knowledge PFMEA, Quality and product knowledge Good in English communication and written skill Leading a large group of operation with >150 headcounts Lean Manufacturing Concept 8-D methodology, Drill deeps skill sets for problem solvingexcel.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
