Job Summary (Brief summary of Job Responsibility)
Production Supervisors commonly work at factories and manufacturing plants to coordinate the activities of all operators working together to produce product under company safety and health policy.
(List of task carried out)
1. Responsible for planning and effective implementation and maintenance of location factory facilities.
2. Contribute to the company management leading to plans and objectives associated with Qc and Production.
3. Develop and administer a program for the identification of production.
4. Maintain and ensure raw material and product security and proper transaction documentation.
5. Daily monitor and maintain adequate stock level to ensure uninterrupted prodution.
6. Train and guide the subordinate under his supervision.
7. Responsible for practice of proper system and also train and monitor staffs.
8. To ensure security of documentation and proper filing.
9. Undertake other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
