Job Description

1. Communicating of job expectations; planning, monitoring and appraising job results; coaching, counselling and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating and enforcing system, policies and procedures.

2. Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.

3. Meeting production productivity index target according to schedules.

4. Work with related department to evaluate new equipment and techniques to improve quality with latest process technology, increase productivity by improving production workmanship.

5. To ensure smooth operation of all production machines by coordinating with suppliers for maintenance, repair, and upgrading works. Responsible for minimizing downtime and maintaining equipment efficiency through proper planning and supervision of maintenance activities.

6. Troubleshooting machine breakdown.

7. Monitor the volume and quality of output and adjust tasks, timing, equipment set-up, or inputs so that production specifications are met and resources are used efficiently.

8. Monitor Daily, weekly & Monthly production report

9. Supervise staff to ensure that all production tasks are performed, and all machines and equipment operated, safely.

10. Ensure adequate training is given to subordinates in accordance with the organization's operating procedures and standards.

11. Responsible for prepare document as per ISO requirement.

12. Worl closely with HOD, lead a team of Assistant Supervisors, Storekeeper, Material Handlers & Operators to meet production schedules.

13. To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
