Job Description

1. Production Coordination & Target Achievement

Organize workshop staff to execute production plans promptly, ensuring monthly output targets are achieved. Allocate tasks according to production demands and staff availability, while monitoring progress and completion.

2. Daily Operations Management

Conduct daily safety and quality briefings through team meetings. Monitor work quality, productivity, and resource utilization to reduce waste, minimize costs, and improve profitability.

3. Compliance & Supervision

Inspect workshop operations, safety practices, and workforce discipline, addressing violations or disciplinary issues promptly. Ensure proper equipment usage in accordance with departmental guidelines, prevent unauthorized operation, and coordinate timely repairs for any equipment malfunctions.

4. Cross-Team Coordination

Facilitate communication between production teams to maintain smooth workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.

5. Performance & Incentive Management

Distribute salaries based on production output results and individual performance metrics.

6. Process Optimization

Propose process improvements (such as cycle time reduction) to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.

7. Inventory & Resource Management

Oversee material consumption to prevent waste, loss, or theft.

Job Requirements

Diploma or higher qualification (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields preferred). Minimum of 3 years' experience in production management, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments. Basic knowledge in welding, stamping, surface treatment, and industry-specific processes. Competent in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, ERP systems). Strong organizational and leadership abilities with a strong sense of teamwork. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. High responsibility, strong execution ability, and an enthusiasm for continuous improvement.

Pay: RM66,000.00 - RM90,000.00 per year
