Machining Operations

Supervise and train team members in daily machining processes, including: Bandsaw and shear cutting, induction heating Forging of hex heads and hex nuts, heat treatment Thread rolling and cutting, nut tapping Manual and CNC lathe/milling operations Drilling, bending, chamfering, EDM, and stamping Manage the receiving, storage, and issuance of raw materials Conduct physical inventory checks for raw materials and work-in-progress (WIP) items Ensure all machinery and equipment used in Machining Operations are properly maintained

Logistics Operations

Supervise and train staff in:Tightening nuts and packing finished products Planning and execution of deliveries Upkeep and servicing of logistics vehicles, machinery, and related equipment Ensure all production jobs are completed according to approved technical drawings, on time, and within budget Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager

Job Requirements

Entry-level applicants are welcome; training will be provided Experience in metal manufacturing, oil & gas, or the construction industry is an advantage Must be able to speak, read, and write basic English, Malay, and Chinese to communicate effectively with local and foreign staff 5-day work week Work location: Ulu Tiram
