Job Description

1. Responsible for the production output of the respective sectors. 2. Supervise and co-ordinate various production sectors to achieve quality output and delivery schedule. 3. Responsible for assessing the line leader and operators performance appraisal, approving leaves application and arranging for overtime. 4. Provide feedback on quality issue to operators/ line leader to minimize in-process scrap and reject created in their sectors. 5. Responsible to carry out productivity improvement and cost reduction program. 6. Responsible for troubleshooting of process related problems.
