Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily production operations to meet output and quality targets.
Monitor workflow, equipment utilisation, and material usage to ensure smooth, efficient production.
Analyse production performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Maintain compliance with internal quality systems, environmental standards, and operational procedures.
Develop and update SOPs, work instructions, and production reporting documentation.
(For Operations Manager role) Lead production, planning, and internal logistics teams to achieve consistent operational performance.
(For Operations Manager role) Drive continuous improvement initiatives, team capability building, and operational excellence programmes.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Management, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in production management.
Strong understanding of production workflows, modern manufacturing concepts, and ISO9000 or similar quality systems.
Proficient in ERP systems (preferably SAP R3).
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Able to work independently and collaborate across departments effectively.
Good command of English and strong computer literacy.
