Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for production scheduling and planning. Checking and assisting for material arrangement to production (raw material & packaging material). Responsible for ensuring a continuously supply of input / output materials to continuously support sales order fulfillment. To monitor daily production processes as per production plan. To liaise with Quality control department for monitoring products & processes quality. To collect daily production output data and perform analysis. To generate daily & monthly production report to manager. To ensure raw material condition before running production and coordinate with production planner. To ensure proper documentation for ISO and ensure implementation and compliance. Daily briefing with supervisor and section leader on production performance. Liaise with respective department to ensure all workers, materials and machinery will be available when required. Investigate problems, analyze root causes and find out solution when issue existed. Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and other key metrics. Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Required Experience/Skills:

- Possess at least Diploma qualification or equivalent in related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in manufacturing field.
- Knowledge and skill in manufacturing procedures.
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Skill in production processes, material and basic mathematics.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Computer literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good team player, self-discipline, dedicated, able to work under pressure and deadline oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,900.00 per month
