Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery objectives. Manage production schedules, allocate manpower, and optimize resource utilization for seamless operations. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. Lead, train, and mentor production operators and line leaders to enhance individual and team performance. Identify and implement process improvements aimed at boosting productivity and reducing waste or downtime. Partner with engineering, quality, and maintenance departments to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Prepare, analyze, and validate production data and reports to ensure accurate documentation. Champion lean manufacturing practices and support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Demonstrated leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles. Proven ability to diagnose production problems and implement effective corrective measures. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP systems is preferred. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
