This Production Supervisor role leads daily assembly operations to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across sub-assembly, power assembly, and final product build areas. The position requires strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a continuous improvement mindset to elevate performance across people, processes, and production flow.
As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations for assembly teams, ensuring safety standards, quality expectations, and delivery targets are consistently met. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing daily production activities, evaluating utilisation, and driving overall performance.
• Conducting daily shift meetings and coordinating seamlessly with other shift leaders.
• Collaborating closely with materials, planning, and engineering teams to resolve shortages and meet production commitments.
• Monitoring and balancing assembly capacity, cycle times, and workload distribution.
• Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory standards, and internal audits (Health & Safety, ISO certifications, ESD, 6S).
• Acting as the subject matter expert for ERP and PDM systems related to production, inventory, and ECO processes.
• Training and coaching production associates while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Leading Lean, 6S, and structured problem-solving initiatives to improve product quality and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing assembly environment.
• Educational background in Business Management (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Lean methodologies, structured problem-solving, and 6S.
• Strong competency with ERP/MRP systems, Microsoft Office applications, and inventory/production control processes.
• Ability to manage performance challenges, coach employees, and drive positive behavioural and operational outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in dynamic, deadline-driven environments.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of supporting production activities.
