Job Description
Oversee production process, monitoring processes and coach employees
Responsibilities
- Oversee production process, monitoring processes and coach employees
- Accomplishes daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Organize workflow by assigning job responsibilities
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Check production output according to specifications
- Reports on performance and progress to sales department
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
- Others duties and responsibilities as assigned by immediate superior.
- Diploma / Degree in relevant field.
- Minimum 2-3 Years Work Experience In Industrial Metal Structure & Sheet Metal / 2-3 Years leading a team as a supervisor
- Fluent In Spoken And Written English.
- Positive Leadership With Well Develop Communication And Motivational Skills.
- Able to work in dusty / hot environment
