Job Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for assisting in managing daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This entry-level role is designed for fresh graduates with relevant academic background who are keen to develop leadership and technical skills in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in supervising daily production operations to achieve output, quality, and safety targets. Support in planning, organizing, and monitoring production schedules. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards (DOSH), and ISO/quality requirements. Coordinate with other departments (Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse) to resolve production issues. Prepare production reports and update records as required. Monitor the use of machinery, materials, and manpower to reduce waste and improve efficiency. Provide guidance and support to production operators, and gradually take on leadership responsibilities. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Lean, and Kaizen.

Requirements

Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply. Strong interest in production management and career growth in manufacturing. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Good communication, problem-solving, and leadership potential. Willing to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced production environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work under pressure.
