Production Supervisor
Job Description
Job Responsibility In charge of designated production line. Responsible of workforce organization, production operations, general up keep and so on. Providing technical advice to employees in the section when required To monitor and implement organization safety and health policy and procedures at work site Ensure production runs smoothly according to the schedule plan and meets the production schedule Monitor and maintain good 5S practice and production all the time. Determine the quality of goods before shipping To control the highest quality of products produced To ensure the working surrounding is kept clean and safe and maintain cleanliness of the machine Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers and equipment to meet production targets and deadlines Provide training and guidance to production staff to improve their skills and knowledge of production processes Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Professional Degree in Electrical & Mechanical, or equivalent.
