Job Description

a) Update Production record, production slip and QA/QC checklist. b) Supervise the direct workers and sub-contractors. c) Perform joint inspection with main contractor and client representatives. d) Perform QC Inspection before casting, after casting and delivery coordinator. e) Checking and monitor the moulds and machineries and also coordinate with maintenance section if you have any damage and breakdown. f) Monitor and check the usage and stock forecast internal raw materials and minimize the wastage. g) Perform in control quality product and minimum the rejection. h) Supervise and ensure the safety environment and housing keeping in working place. i) Other duties assigned by the superior from time to time. j) Production supervisors coordinate, plan and direct manufacturing and production processes. k) They are responsible for reviewing production schedules or orders as well as dealing with staff in these production areas.
