Job Responsibilities:

What will your role be:

Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Monitor team member work performance overtime.
Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
Inspect products prior to shipment to ensure accurate labeling and record keeping
Develop team member mandatory skill and soft skill.
Check production output according to specifications
Involve in project management process.
Comply and follow all procedures within the company policy.
May perform other duties and responsibilities related to project as assigned.
