Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily operations.
Ensure all blending formulas are followed accurately according to production instructions.
Monitor production output, material usage, and machine efficiency.
Verify raw material availability and ensure proper handling and labeling.
Coordinate with maintenance for any machine breakdowns to minimize downtime.
2. Quality & Food Safety
Enforce GMP, HACCP, Halal, and internal hygiene practices.
Ensure cleanliness of production machines, equipment and work areas.
Work closely with the QC team to ensure product consistency and meet customer specifications.
Assist in corrective and preventive actions for any non-conformance.
3. Documentation & Reporting
Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate production records.
Report production performance and any discrepancy to management.
4. Manpower & Team Management
Supervise all the operators and ensure there is sufficient manpower.
Train and guide operators on SOPs, hygiene, and safety procedures.
Requirements
Diploma / Certificate in Food Technology, Manufacturing, or related field.
Minimum
2-5 years of experience
in food industry.
Knowledge of
GMP
,
HACCP
, and
Halal
compliance.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced production environment and handle multiple tasks.
