Possess Bachelor's Degree in Production Related Field or Food Technology
At Least 3 years' experience in the same industry and similar role (Preferably in Instant Coffee, Instant Tea and Non-Dairy Creamer)
Good Communication and interpersonal skills
Problem solving skill
Excellent Planning Skill
Must be able to communicate in Mandarin (Fluently), English & Bahasa Malaysia

Tanggungjawab

To work closely with sales team for the schedule planning
To fully utilize the machine and equipment
To monitor production flow closely and ensure IT is being carried out in line with company and regulatory requirement
To monitor workers' performance
To ensure all machine and equipment are in good condition on daily basis
To ensure the cleanliness of the production area
To ensure the production downtime is kept to a minimum
To review the production flow and try to identify areas for improvements
