Job Description

Responsibilities : a.To supervise and monitor production activities. b.To control and lead the production workforce. c.To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, method statements, etc. d.To assist in monitoring the factory upkeep and maintenance of working machinery. e.To maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practices. f.To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior. g.To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system. h.To ensure that project operations and document control procedures are adhered to. Requirements: 1. Certificate / Diploma in Metal Fabrication / Welding or equivalent. 2. At least 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity. 4. Has a good leadership in managing workers. 5. Has good interpersonal . 6. Computer literate, basic skill in MS Excel and Word.
